We felt so genuinely cared for and safe, the inside of the van was just what we expected (save me losing the remote to the tv…lol) It was very clean, comfortable and organized. I loved how we were given the option to eat from wherever we wanted along the way. Riding with Tay, Bob and Gladdie was like traveling with friends. I also observed and admired the positive energy between them. Upon arrival into GA we ran into an issue where my mom’s bed hadn’t yet arrived and was still an hour and a half behind. We felt so bad for the crew because we knew they were tired and wanted to go get rest, but despite it all they stayed with us, even assisting us with getting my mom into her chair.
